I have been wearing these consistently since receiving them. The grips help me with everything. Pens. Keeping my hands steady on the keyboard. Mugs. Spatulas. They're an immense help, and they're sturdy grips. I've already accidentally gotten these gloves wet twice, but the grips are all safe. I'm very happy with them.
This size is S/M for regular, non-flare days. They're snug but it feels good for everyday.
