How do I find my size?

1. You can use your height (please measure) or you can follow the steps below.
2. Put on your usual walking shoes.
3. Stand naturally upright to the best of your ability.
4. Let your arms fall to your sides naturally with a relaxed bend at the elbow.
5. Using a tape measure, please measure the distance from your wrist joint (bottom crease at the wrist) down to the floor. Round up to the nearest half inch.

PLEASE NOTE: These walking sticks are not intended to be used like a crutch for full weight support. It's meant to be used for balance ONLY. Walking sticks are only used for casual or novelty use and are not promoted or used for medical use.
