What is Patreon?

Patreon is a membership based platform. It is a great way to support your fave creators.
Can I join if I live outside of the Canada?
-
Yes you can join. Make sure to select the correct tier.
When will I be charged?
-
Patreon begins processing payments on the 1st of the month. Monthly pledges are a flat rate that will automatically renew monthly until your pledge is cancelled.

Please note that my Patreon is set up on a monthly payment system. You will not be charged until the 1st of the following month.
When & how will I receive the monthly 10% off discount code?

New patrons will receive the monthly discount code after their first payment has been processed. Payments are processed for everyone on the 1st of each month. This means if you join early on in the month, you will not receive the password or code until the following month’s charge.

You will receive the code in your Messages.

Please do not share the monthly discount code with anyone. It is not fair to current patrons.
Is your tracking provided?

There is no tracking unless otherwise stated.
When will I receive my physical rewards?

Stickers & Prints packages typically ship out within 30 days of the monthly charge date which is the 1st of the corresponding month. Delivery times vary by destination.

Due to Covid, it's hard to predict when items will arrive to their destinations. So at this moment, I can only provide tentative shipping estimates.

EXAMPLE : If you sign up in December, you will be getting your subscription by the middle or end of January.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Note that certain tiers have limited space available. You will not be able to join a tier if it is full. If a tier is full, it will be labeled as Sold Out.
How do I cancel my membership?

From the drop-down menu on the top right, click "Manage memberships" and you'll be taken to a page that shows all of your active memberships. Click "Edit" next to the membership you wish to delete and click the "Edit or Cancel Payment" button on the bottom right of the page.

Please be sure to cancel any memberships BEFORE the 1st of the month. It is the patrons’ responsibility to manage their memberships, and I cannot issue refunds or cancellations after payments have been charged on the 1st.

If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to info@bibipins.com with all applicable information, such as your full name, Patreon email, tier, month subscribed, etc.
If your monthly package was shipped, but hasn't arrived yet:

If your package seems stuck in tracking, please give it some time to see if it sorts itself out! Sometimes mail can get caught in a “loop” for days or even a couple of weeks, but almost always end up finding its way to the recipient!

If your stickers or print hasn’t arrived after one (1) month (U.S + Canada members) or three (3) months (International members), please send an email to info@bibipins.com with your full name, address, and let us know which month's package you are waiting on.
