Shipping Policy

The following are the terms and conditions for the shipping policy for Bibipins:

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 weeks. Orders are not shipped on weekends or on holidays.

Due to the effects of COVID-19 and the USPS issues. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.

Shipping rates & Delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If there is a tracking number, it will be included and it will be active within 72 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The customer is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost items & Damages

Please wait 10 business days after the item(s) is said to be delivered or the end of the expected delivery period. If you still haven’t received it, please contact me via email at bibipins@outlook.com to process a claim.
